7 Is it not to share your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover him, and not to hide yourself from your own flesh?
8 Then shall your light break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up speedily; your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
9 Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; you shall cry, and he will say, ‘Here I am.’ If you take away the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness,
10 if you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted,
then shall your light rise in the darkness and your gloom be as the noonday.
11 And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.
12 And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.
13 “If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable;
if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly;
14 then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

The King's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold.
I have a love and devotion to my Lord Jesus Christ. He is my covering and although I am His princess, I wait with anticipation for the day when I can bow at His feet and tearfully praise Him for His sacrifice just for me.
He has proven His care towards me in more ways than I can recount. I love Him with all my heart.

“Oh, that my words were written! Oh, that they were inscribed in a book! That they were engraved on a rock with an iron pen and lead, forever! For I know
that my Redeemer lives, And He shall stand at last on the earth.
There are books, devotionals, poems and songs which God personally dictated and sung to me. At that time I was selfish with them because I felt that it was a special gift from Him to me about our relationship...until.
Until through some gentle and not so gentle pushes from friends and family, I finally realized and accepted that His gift to me was full enough to share with the world and never run out. What God did for me is personal and I cherish it ferociously but it can never compare to how much He loves you and I and so
in the spirit of this love, I share. Read excerpts from my writings

but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence;
but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth."
I can remember reciting scriptures at home and church with ease and glee. At school I was often chosen to give speeches for assemblies and specail occasions. My dad told me that when I spoke to people I must speak in a way that they will understand and "get it". That "it" is whatever the message is that I want to convey. Little did I know that today these traingin expereinces would be the foundation for my ability to share the wonderful news of how a relationship with Jesus has shaped and redesigned my life.
My motto is: Sharing clearly and passionatianley so that they "get it".
My vision: To see at least one person understand and beliefe that what Jesus as done for me, He can do the them also. Learn more

He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; Many will see and fear And will trust in the LORD.
Who improvise to the sound of the harp, And like David have composed songs for themselves,
I do not remember a time when I was not singing. It has always been one of the most important aspects of my life. I love music and the creativity that comes with the gift of writing. I credit my mother for my love of music. She was a singer also and placed me in opportunities of sing and enjoy others singing too.
I always heard melodies in my head but just attributed it to constantly being exposed to music. It was not until I had lost my song, my joy, my value, did I recognize the gift of music in me. Find out more about Latoya's music ministry
